Sir,
I beg to again bring before the notice of the Right Hon'ble the Secretary of State for the Colonies, the circumstances under which I was transferred from the Medical service of the Colony of Trinidad to that of this Colony.
I have pointed out and respectfully urged that I accepted this post under protest; that humbly as I am drawing a smaller salary here to commence with, I have also actually lost my seniority and status in this service. These facts I have fully set out in my communication of October 20, 1903, to which I would refer you, as it would be unnecessary for me to recapitulate.
In answer to that communication, I was informed that my case (on my transfer to Trinidad) would be borne in mind.
2.
I beg to point out that I have served for nearly ten years in Trinidad in the medical service of that Colony; that I acted in many posts during that time.
I also had charge of the Colonial Hospitals in Port of Spain (430 beds).
